Greetings of peace!
In the healthcare field we always wondered whether our care is good enough! Nowadays good care is not good anymore.
If your organization truly cares about patients’ care, then this event is must-to- attend for you.
In collaboration with Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Humanitarian City is delighted to organize the International Patient Experience Summit: Caring by Nature which is scheduled to take place 23 – 25 January 2018 with the theme of “Enhancing the Patient’s Journey one experience at a time.”
Understanding patient experience is a key step in moving toward patient-centered care. By looking at various aspects of patient experience, one can assess the extent to which patients are receiving care that is respectful of and responsive to individual patient preferences, needs and values. Evaluating patient experience along with other components such as effectiveness and safety of care is essential to providing a complete picture of health care quality.
The objectives of this summit are to further understand patient experience, to explore best practices and innovative approaches/technology that contributes to the patients’ journey, how to engage patients and healthcare leaders and providers effectively in order to optimize patient outcomes, and to understand their impact on service quality and cost.
This summit is designed to benefit decision makers who are involved in policy making of healthcare services to patients and the community.
The legacy of Sultan Bin Abdulaziz as a pioneer in caring for patients based on genuine humanitarian empathic works inspired us to be associated with Cleveland Clinic extensive expertise as the world leader in patient experience concepts and strategies.
Attendees of the conference are encouraged to seize the opportunity to meet with the experts in Healthcare Services from around the globe and to actively participate during the sessions, panel discussions and workshops to enhance their knowledge and acquire new skills to help improving the services they offer to the community.
We look forward to seeing you soon in this vital summit in Riyadh and we hope you will be able to appreciate the essence of natural care in a Middle Eastern culture and live few nights under the Arabian Peninsula’s sky and stars.
Together we can make a difference in the Patients’ lives by enhancing their journey one experience at a time.
Patient care future is now being designed, so be part of it…
